What we collect

Low Dose GLP-1 is a reading site, so we keep data collection light. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request your name, address, or payment details to browse. When you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data — the pages you visit, roughly where you are (estimated from your IP address, which we do not store), your device and browser type, and the site you arrived from. That is the whole picture of what we gather.

Consent comes first

We use Google Consent Mode v2, and it defaults to denied. In plain terms, analytics and advertising storage are switched off when you arrive, so no analytics cookies are set and no tracking happens until you accept through our cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, that denied state stays in place and we do not measure your visit.

Cookies and local storage

Your choice is remembered in your own browser under a key called cookie-consent in local storage. That is how we avoid asking you on every page. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics then sets its own cookies to count visits. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.

How we use the data

We use the anonymized analytics to understand which articles are helpful, spot broken pages, and decide what to write next. That is the only purpose. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with other sources to figure out who you are.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — full stop. Google acts as a third-party processor when it handles analytics data on our behalf, and that data is subject to Google's own privacy terms. We share nothing beyond what that analytics measurement requires.

Your choices and rights

You can decline analytics at any time, and you can reset your consent by clearing your browser's site data for Low Dose GLP-1 (or removing the cookie-consent entry) and reloading — the banner will appear again. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what data relates to you, request its deletion, or opt out of its collection. Children

Low Dose GLP-1 is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and certainly not from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep data

Analytics data is retained inside Google Analytics for a limited window under its standard retention settings and then aged out automatically. Because the data is anonymized and we keep no account records, we hold no personal profile of you to store or delete.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we keep our collection surface small on purpose — the less we gather, the less there is to protect. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the limited data we handle.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and refresh the date at the top. Continuing to use Low Dose GLP-1 after an update means the revised policy applies to you.
