The rules we hold ourselves to when we read the research, rank a provider, and take a commission.
Microdosing is off-label and unproven, and we say so everywhere
There are no dedicated randomized trials of intentionally sub-therapeutic GLP-1 dosing. Everything published here about microdosing is extrapolated from dose-response data at approved doses, from compounding-pharmacy practice and from clinician experience — not from evidence that low-dose GLP-1 delivers the outcomes seen at label doses. That caveat sits beside every call-to-action on this site, on every card, partner or not, and no commercial relationship is allowed to soften it. Compounded GLP-1 medication is also not an FDA-approved product. Start with our evidence review before you read any ranking.
How the provider ranking is funded
On /best-glp1-microdose, some of the providers pay us a commission when a reader starts through our link. That is stated at the top of the ladder itself, not only here. What it does not buy is a softer write-up: we weigh price transparency, clinical oversight, included support and the compounding route, and the reasoning for each provider is printed on its card, so you can disagree with the argument rather than trust the position. Partners and non-partners get the same treatment on the page
Every provider we rank gets a price line, a plain-language summary, a strengths list, a trade-offs list and an outbound button that looks exactly the same. Partner links route through our own /go redirect and carry rel="sponsored"; non-partner links take the same redirect to the provider's own site and are never marked sponsored. The roster is not a survey of the whole market — it is the providers we could verify offer a genuine low-dose path.
Sourcing, prices and corrections
Every medical or efficacy claim is tied to a primary source — peer-reviewed research or official FDA labeling — and cited inline, including null results. Prices are stated only where a provider published one we could confirm; where pricing is gated behind an eligibility request, the card says so rather than guessing. Terms change without notice, so confirm with the provider before starting. If something here is wrong, email care@lowdoseglp1.com and we will correct it and note the change.
